Operating system requirements:

For the purpose of limitation of the Microsoft Windows non server operating systems, it is highly recommended to install the database engine on the Windows Server operating system. If the choice is to use PC operating system, it is recommended to install the database engine on strong machine where the database engine will have available 1GB of RAM memory for itself. Also it require about 2GB free space on the computer hard drive for the installation and update.

The database can grow up to 10GB of size in time. The database engine does not support Microsoft Windows Server Core release of any above Windows Server version.

Our callTrack LT the software managing job scheduling for service calls – does not have any specific hardware requirements and will run on any decent machine. The minimum screen resolution for the client display is 1024 x 768.




The client application is designed to work on the following operating systems:
